Hailey Kirkpatrick, RN

With 13 years of nursing experience, I’ve had the opportunity to serve in both acute and community health settings, including cardiac care, school nursing, and now as a Director in Nursing Education. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from UT Tyler and my Master’s degree from Western Governors University. I’m currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Family Nurse Practitioner at the University of Texas at Arlington, with an expected graduation in Summer 2026. My passion for preventive health is what inspired me to join Level Up Hydration. I truly love helping others feel their absolute best! Outside of work, you’ll usually find me working out or cheering on my two amazing children at every game and athletic event they’re in.
